Security deposit must be in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check or money order.

Security Deposit: calculated by adding $50 (with the exception of the properties on       E 25th Ave which is $100 added) to 1 month’s rent. It does not constitute the first or the last month’s rent. It is solely to secure the preservation of the property.

Pet Deposit: calculated by adding $400 to the “Security Deposit” for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet.  It is 100% refundable as long as the home is returned in move-in condition.

Restricted Pets: American Bulldog, American Pit bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Canary Dog (Presa Canario), Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro (Brazilian Mastiff), Presa Mallorquin, Staffordshire Bull Terrior, Tosa (Tosa Inu)
